Strand Visuals was started by Adrian Tiemens, a photographer specializing in architecture, interiors, hospitality and commercial spaces. In 2008 Adrian started his real estate photography career based in Manhattan Beach. He captured residential listings up and down the coast of Los Angeles from the tip of Malibu, To his beloved South Bay and Palos Verdes peninsula. for the next 15 years Adrian developed many wonderful business relationships with some of the most successful agents in these beach communities.
Fast forward to 2023, Adrian and family are happily relocated to his childhood home of south Orange County where his next chapter of media production is set to take shape. Bringing along his years of experience and knowledge of the coastal real estate marketing, Adrian has created Strand Visuals. It is a name that carries the tone of which he bases his entire career. The coastlines is our home. It is our POV / perspective / frame of reference. And the visuals are what we are all engrained with. To own, sell and live in a place so connected to the coast, the stories and images that must be told and seen through visual mediums are stories we all know very well.
